Hy-Brid Lifts Expands Service Department


Hy-Brid Lifts, an industry leader in high-quality, low-level access equipment, welcomes Mike Rath as a Technical Support Representative. Rath’s responsibilities will include fielding technical calls, inspecting and restoring pre-owned machines, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

"My experience is quality assurance, equipment repair and maintenance, and customer support,” said Rath. “I’m eager to work alongside the Hy-Brid Lifts production and engineering teams to streamline the case resolution process and maximize customer uptime."

Rath began his career in the Marine Corps as an Electronics Technician and, most recently, was one of three Precision Field Service Technicians at Satisloh North America. His background makes him familiar with providing on-site and remote technical and operational support for customers across the U.S. and Canada.

“Mike brings extensive customer service experience to our team and will be an asset in further strengthening our customer relationships,” said JJ Beimborn, Hy-Brid Lifts Service Manager. “His dedication to learning new techniques and troubleshooting will be invaluable to enhancing our service offerings. We’re excited for him to join our team and continue building a reputation for excellent service.”

Rath holds a degree in electronics as well as a certificate in quality statistical process control from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He also earned certifications in MIG/TIG welding and CNC processes from Waukesha County Technical College and Moraine Park Technical College, respectfully.
