Starting at the lower control panel, insert the master power switch and turn it clockwise. Then, insert the key and turn it clockwise to the green “ON” position. Pull out the red emergency stop button.
On the upper controls, twist the red emergency stop button clockwise. Your Hy-Brid Lifts HB-1430 scissor lift is now ready for operation.
