Easy Platform Loading
Drywall panels are heavy. Standard sheets can weigh up to 60 lbs, and workers must lift them several feet off the ground when loading onto a standard scissor lift. Do this for 40 plus hours per week and you may see some gains in your upper body strength, but the strain of constant lifting can also lead to serious injury.
